Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your purchase from WY to AZ Co., but we totally get that sometimes sizing can be tricky! Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Exchanges Only

We offer exchanges for sizing issues on regular-priced items if:

  • The item is unworn and unwashed

  • Tags are still attached

  • You contact us within a month of delivery

                        We’ll ship your exchange once the original is received.


🚫 Final Sale Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Swimwear

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Accessories (for hygiene reasons)


📦 Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?

Please email us at wytoazco@gmail.com or message us on Instagram @wytoazco within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your name & order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
